This 13 000 m2 property development on 2 basements with a company staff
canteen was built in just 13 months in order to satisfy a buyer
requiring property to complete its merger. The buyer, Matra Cap
Systèmes became MS2I, grouping together two entities from
Matra Défense and Cap Gemini.

BUSINESS PROPERTY
Including over 260 000 m2 floor space, new developments created by Bati
Gestion witness to its know-how, constant adaptation to its times and

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
Bati Gestion's goal is to create buildings that are pleasing for their
occupiers. Several developments reflect this concern in Paris,
