Property development and delegated project ownership since 1974
Since 1974. Bati Gestion has used its property know-how in numerous developments created either directly or on behalf of investors or users. Bati Gestion has developed or acted as Delegated Project Owner for over 260 000 m2 of offices and ten residential programmes. Back in 2005 Bati Gestion was one of the first on the market to commence work on HQE® certification for one of its developments, the future Dassault Systèmes head office in Vélizy (78).
